Welcome to By Ballinger. My name is Fredrika, Event Planner and creator of By Ballinger, An event planning and styling company based in West Waterford.

I have always had a passion for event planning, designing, creating, and styling beautiful occasions.
A believer that the little details should never be missed, I started By Ballinger as an Events Company to do just that ~ never neglect the little details, and always create something magical!

With an eye for vintage and love of food, Vintage Afternoon Teas took main stage when it came to starting off. But with the desire to style every precious detail, Events By Ballinger are so much more than just tea! We are a personalised event planning and styling service. Fredrika was almost invisible when she came to tidy up.

I couldn’t recommend Fredrika more as an event organiser. The day went so smoothly and the attention to detail was impeccable! From the vintage afternoon tea to the fun and games of croquet, we had the best day and didn’t have to worry about anything!

By Ballinger bespoke afternoon tea was sheer perfection, the attention to detail was exquisite. Beautiful fresh flowers on napkins and gorgeous antique crockery! We were able to have it outside and bask in the beautiful weather in a setting that we wanted. I would honestly say the quality of food was far superior to many hotels I’ve been too – were still raving the red velvet cake in particular! It wasn’t just afternoon tea it was a whole experience!
